EDITBY HAAJAR JADOR

Launching soon

EDIT OS

Founders build differently.

The room where the EDIT method gets built and applied in real time, with me and a small founding group. Not a finished course handed over. The operating system behind a business, designed while you are in the room.

The founding round opens to the list first.
Nothing is on sale yet.

What it is

The business behind the business.

Most businesses are run out of the founder's memory. The work gets done because someone remembers to do it, and the standard depends on the week. EDIT OS is the alternative: an operating system you can actually see, connect and improve, designed on purpose rather than assembled by accident.

Build.

Diagnose where the work actually happens, define who owns what, map the workflow, decide where each piece of work should live, and decide what should move without you.

Test.

Pressure-test the design against real business cases before anything gets configured, bought or automated.

Edit.

Change what failed, on evidence rather than on mood, and record what changed and why.

Own.

Hold the thing you built. It belongs to the business, not to whoever happened to remember it.

What is inside

Built with you, not handed to you.

The live build room

A small group, working through the method at the same time. You bring your own business into the conversation rather than watching someone else's.

The modules

Released in order, as they are built. Each one moves you one decision further through the operating system.

Show me

Demonstrations from the real EDIT build, including the parts that did not work. The method gets applied to this business in front of you.

Founding access

The first group sets the terms. Founding members keep what they join on, and shape what gets built next.

On Skool.

EDIT OS lives in one place. The modules, the room and the calls all sit together, so there is no hunting through folders, links and inboxes to find the thing you are working on.

Before you join the list

This is about structure, not ideas.

For you if

  • People are already paying you, and the business still runs on you.
  • You can name work that only happens because you remember it.
  • You want to design the system before you buy more software.
  • You would rather be in the room while it is built than receive it finished.

Not for you if

  • You are looking for a course about how to start something.
  • You want templates to copy without deciding anything.
  • You want a certificate. There is no pass, no fail and no credential here.
  • You want to be sold a tool. Nothing gets bought until the design is tested.

The founding round

The first group is small on purpose.

The modules are being built now, and the founding group is in the room while that happens. That is not a compromise, it is the product. The method is called Build, Test, Edit, Own, and it would be strange to sell it as something that arrived finished.

Join the list and you will hear before anyone else, with the terms, the start date and what the first group gets.

  • The list hears first, before anything is public.
  • Nothing is on sale yet, and there is nothing to pay today.
  • Founding terms are set once, for the first group.
  • One email when it opens. No countdowns.

Join the founding list

I send one email when the founding round opens, and I don’t email often.

Build. Test. Edit. Own.
